This Privacy Policy applies to the Sandbox Software mobile application (hereafter, the “Application”) provided by Dylan Bedetti (hereafter, the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service. The Application is offered “AS IS.”

When you download and use the Application, we automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Pages or screens you visit, timestamps of those visits, and time spent in the Application
• Your mobile operating system and device model

Location Data (Geolocation). The Application may collect your device’s location to:

• Provide features such as personalised content, relevant recommendations, and other location‑based services.
• Improve the Application through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
• Share anonymised data with trusted third‑party services that help us enhance functionality.

Third‑Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application. The Application currently integrates the following third‑party services, each of which maintains its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

• When we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a governmental request;

Opt‑Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by the Application at any time by uninstalling it via your device’s standard uninstall process.

Data Retention Policy

We retain user‑provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact us at dylanbedetti@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who become aware their child has provided personal data should contact us at dylanbedetti@gmail.com.
